- Mixed Beans: 1 mini can, drained and rinsed
- Dressing:
- Flaxseed Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste

- Preparation of Ingredients:
- Rinse the spinach leaves, pear slices, and grape tomatoes under cold water to remove any impurities.
